HERCULES CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION NO. 22-
Resolution of the City Council of the City of Hercules ADOPTING THE City Council 2022-2023 and Multi-year Priorities WHEREAS, strategic planning is a disciplined effort of establishing the direction of an organization by assessing procedures and decisions to move the organization forward; and WHEREAS, the benefits of strategic planning are that organizations can increase their effectiveness and efficiency, make better decisions, improve communications with the public; and WHEREAS, the consulting firm Management Partners led the City through the strategic planning process and developed a report identifying City Council’s priorities for 2022-2023 and beyond; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the report and believes that it appropriately captures the priorities identified by the City Council, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hercules does hereby adopt the attached report along with the identified priorities for 2022-2023 and beyond.
The foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Hercules held on the 24th day of May 2022, by the following vote of the Council:
