Approving a Revised Attachment B “PAYMENT”
1. Parties. The parties to this Contract Amendment are the City of Hercules , a public body corporate and the following named Contractor:

The parties to this Contract Amendment do mutually agree and promise as follows:
2. Purpose. This Amendment No. 6 is being entered into to a mend an existing contract between the City and Co ntractor which was approved by the City Manager of the City of Hercules on October 24, 2019, as amended by Amendment No. 1 dated February 18, 2020, Amendment No. 2 dated April 14, 2020 by adoption of Resolution 20 -020, Amendment N o.3 dated February 9, 2021 by adoption of Resolution 21 -003, Amendment No. 4 dated July 13, 2021 by adoption of Resolution 21 -041, and Amendment No. 5 dated October 12, 2021 by adoption of Resolution 21 -066. Said contract shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Original Contract" and is incorporated herein by reference.
3. Original Contract Provisions. The parties hereto agree to continue to abide by those terms and conditions of the Original Contract, and any amendments ther eto, which are unaffected by this Contract Amendment Agreement.
4. Amendment. This Amendment No. 6 is intended to amend the Original Contract and previously approved amendments (collectively, the "Amended Contract") thereto to provide for additional compensation in an amount not to exceed $18,000, total contract amount $222,000.
5. Amendment Approval: This Amendment No. 6 is hereby approved by the City Council of the City of Hercules on this 12 day of July, 2022 (Resolution ________).
