HERCULES CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION NO. 22-
Resolution of the City Council of the City of Hercules amending the general FUND FY 2022-23 Budget INCREASING its appropriation BY $24,950 WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the FY 2022-23 Budget on June 28, 2022, representing the financial plan for conducting the affairs of the City of Hercules; and WHEREAS, staff is proposing that the General Fund expenditure appropriations be increased by $24,950 for Management Partners to provide an organizational review and analysis of the Community Development Department; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the report and recommendations of the City Manager on the budget amendments and has determined that the budget amendments are both fair, appropriate and warranted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hercules as follows:
The Council hereby approves amendment to the City’s General Fund FY 2022-23 Budget to add $24,950 for Management Partners to provide an organizational review and analysis of the Community Development Department.
The foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Hercules held on the 9th day of August 2022, by the following vote of the Council:
