RESOLUTION NO. 22-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HERCULES ACCEPTING THE BAYFRONT LOOP OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR THE GRAND SUBDIVISION NO.9499 WHEREAS, the Final Map for The Grand Subdivision No.9499 was filed with the County in December 2018; and WHEREAS, at that time acceptance of the offers of dedication for the public streets and easements were deferred pursuant to the subdivision improvement agreement, which was entered into concurrently, until the public improvements were satisfactorily completed by the Developer in accordance with the improvement plans; and WHEREAS, the offer of dedication consists of a portion of Bayfront Loop; and WHEREAS, the public improvements in Bayfront Loop have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hercules that the City Council hereby accepts the offer of dedication for Bayfront Loop including the public improvements for The Grand Subdivision No.9499.
The foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Hercules held on the 13th day of September, 2022 by the following vote of the Council:
