RESOLUTION NO. 22-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HERCULES APPROVING PARCEL MAP MS 476-22 FOR AMERICA’S TIRE STORE AT 1625 SYCAMORE AVENUE (CREEKSIDE CENTER) WHEREAS, America’s Tire Store was fully entitled at the January 25, 2022 Council meeting, including approval of the tentative parcel map; and WHEREAS, the parcel map has been reviewed by staff and the City’s consulting land surveyor for compliance with Section 10-2.401 of the Hercules Municipal Code, including conformity with the Subdivision Map Act and substantial compliance with the approved tentative parcel map; and WHEREAS, the parcel map is recommended by staff for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hercules that the City Council hereby approves Parcel Map MS 476-22 for America’s Tire store at 1625 Sycamore Avenue (Creekside Center).
The foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Hercules held on the 11th day of October 2022 by the following vote of the Council:
