Hi my name is Joel Lopez, i am the owner
of JL Recycling. I am hoping to open a
small claims recycling center in your city.
The location would be, 1511 Sycamore
Ave, Hercules, CA 94547 behind Biglots. I
hear there is a concern on disposal of
garbage and also concern with shopping
carts. I would like to inform you that all
garbage would be picked up by my driver
every day or by the person working at the
center and will be disposed of at my yard
in Sacramento. There would be no garbage
left behind in or around the recycling
center. As for shopping carts. We don't
accept any customer with shopping carts
in our locations. I have recycling centers in
the Sacramento area and we don't accept
recycling materials coming in a shopping
cart. If for any reason we find shopping
carts that were left behind during after
hours they will be returned to there rightful
location. Myself and my employees take
good care of our center and don't allow
any loitering near our locations. If you have
