(Please pay attention to red zones). Participants must provide loading and unloading equipment. • Please submit reference list and/or referrals from other shows. • I understand my $25.00 fee will reserve a table spot for the City of Hercules Senior Resource Fair. • Please make checks payable to Hercules Parks & Recreation and submit along with the top portion of this form.
