RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Receive a report from project developers on project development and ask any questions.
BACKGROUND:
Lewis Management Corporation and Hercules Hospitality LLC will present an update to the City Council regarding the implementation of the approved development plan, with the hotel component as the first phase.
FISCAL IMPACT OF RECOMMENDATION:
There is no fiscal impact associated with this item.
