RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HERCULES AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH CSG CONSULTING FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $120,000 WHEREAS, the City of Hercules has a need for consulting services to perform duties involving code enforcement; and WHEREAS, the City has very limited staff resources for code enforcement services, with a permanent full-time staff of 2.0 FTE in Community Development; and WHEREAS, CSG Consultants are intimately familiar with the City of Hercules codes, policies and procedures, having performed contract code enforcement services for the City since January 2018; and WHEREAS, CSG Consultants has the expertise and capacity to continue performing contract planning services in Fiscal Year 2023-24; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Hercules; Authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract with CSG Consultants for a total amount not to exceed $120,000.
Funding for this contract to be provided from professional services of the General Fund budget for the Community Development Department.
The foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Hercules held on the 27th day of June, 2023, by the following vote of the Council:
