RESOLUTION NO. 23-
Resolution of the City Council of the City of Hercules Approving ADDITIONS, DELETIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS TO THE Master Fee Schedule and approving an updated user fee based on the comprehensive user fee study WHEREAS, annually staff conducts a review of all fees and charges to determine if they are up to date, current, at the appropriate level, competitive/fair/affordable and provide a reasonable return to the City for the cost of providing services for which they are being charged; WHEREAS, a comprehensive user fee study and supporting documentation provides adequate evidence to conclude that the revised fees do not exceed the cost to provide the services for which the fees are charged; WHEREAS, based on the analysis provided by staff, the City Council determines that the fees proposed will not exceed the estimated cost of providing service; WHEREAS, staff is requesting approval of the additions, deletions and adjustments; and WHEREAS, this hearing to set fees was duly noticed pursuant to Government Code Section 66016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hercules as follows:
The Council hereby approves additions, deletions and adjustments on the attached Master Fee Schedule, said additions/adjustments to be effective immediately after this public hearing as set forth in attached Exhibit “A” and incorporated by this reference.
The foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Hercules held on the fourteenth day of November 2023, by the following vote of the Council:
