RECOMMENDED ACTION
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution approving the first amendment to an agreement with MIG, Inc. for $12,990 to continue to provide professional services described in Attachment A of the original contract.
BACKGROUND
On September 13, 2022, the City Council authorized the City Manager to execute an agreement with MIG, Inc. for $190,845 to complete a Parks Master Plan and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Assessment for Park Facilities.
