RESOLUTION NO. 24-
Resolution of the City Council of the City of Hercules establishing a classification title and salary range for Parking enforcement officer as full-time designated classification and reclassify employee and position to the new classification WHEREAS, the City Council previously adopted a Resolution No. 22-078 to incorporate changes in terms and conditions of employment for full-time designated employees; and WHEREAS, a new classification title and related salary range has been proposed; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that it desires to amend Resolution No. 22-078 to establish a full-time designated classification title of Parking Enforcement Officer with an annual salary range of $53,750 to $68,600.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hercules as follows:
The Council hereby amends Resolution 22-078 to establish the classification title of Parking Enforcement Officer as a full-time designation with an annual salary range of $53,750 to $68,600 effective as of January 9, 2024.
The foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Hercules held on the 9th day of January 2024, by the following vote of the Council:
