AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE
SERVICES AGREEMENT
This first amendment to the Professional Services Agreement between the CITY OF HERCULES (“Agency”) and Regional Government Services Au thority, hereinafter called “RGS” is made and entered into this 26th day of July 2023.
RECITALS
The A gency and RGS entere d into an A greement for services dated January 17, 2023 .
This Amendment is entered into with reference to the following facts and circumstances:
A. Section 3, Compensation, is amended to increase the Not To Exceed (NTE) amount by $65,000, to a revised total of $115,000.
B. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement s hall remain in full force and effect.
