AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE
SERVICES AGREEMENT
This second amendment to the Professional Services Agreement between the CITY OF HERCULES (“Agency”) and Regional Government Services Au thority, hereinafter called “RGS” is made and entered into this 13th day of February 2024.
RECITALS
The A gency and RGS entere d into an A greement for services dated January 17, 2023 .
This Amendment is entered into with reference to the following facts and circumstances:
A. Section 3, Compensation, is amended to increase the Not To Exceed (NTE) amount by $115,000, to a revised total of $230,000.
B. Exhibit A, Item V. Service Cost/Bill Rates, is amended to increase site visit travel from two hours to three hours [last sentence under rate table].
C. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement s hall remain in full force and effect.
