AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES
BETWEEN THE CITY OF HERCULES AND CONTRA COSTA COUNTY
This Amendment to the Agreement for Building Inspection Services ("Agreement") is entered into between the City of Hercules ("City") and Contra Costa County ("County") for building inspection and code enforcement services to be provided by the County for the City.
1. The Agreement is amended as follows:
A. The existing "Exhibit A, DCD Hourly Billing Rates for FY 2017-2018, 2018- 19, 2019-20" is hereby deleted and to be replaced with the "Revised Exhibit A, DCD Hourly Billing Rates for FY 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23." B. Accordingly, in Section 3.A.1. and Section 3.B. of this Agreement, the reference to "Exhibit A to this Agreement" is replaced with "Revised Exhibit A 2020 to this Agreement."
C. Accordingly, in Section l.B.3. and Section 11.C. of Attachment A to this Agreement, the reference to "Exhibit A" is replaced with "Revised Exhibit A 2020".
2. All remaining terms of the Agreement not amended by this Amendment shall remain in full force and effect.
