HERCULES CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HERCULES AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SDI PRESENCE, LLC IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $84,150 FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY STRATEGIC PLAN (ITSP) WHEREAS, the City’s Information Technology (IT) division is dedicated to the continuous enhancement of operations, services, and communication through the effective use of technology, data, and voice support; and WHEREAS, The IT strategic plan will meticulously delineate critical components, encompassing alignment with the City’s objectives, a comprehensive analysis of the existing IT landscape, an assessment of prospective needs, and a systematic approach to implementation and evaluation. This plan is designed to furnish an exhaustive overview of the scope, underlying assumptions, limitations, and resources requisite for the successful execution of the strategy; and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the FY 2025-26 Budget on June 10, 2025, representing the financial plan for conducting the affairs of the City of Hercules; and WHEREAS, the Information Technology Internal Service Fund (ISF) Budget for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 includes sufficient resources to support this initiative; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hercules to authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with SDI Presence, LLC in an amount not to exceed $84,150 for the development of ITSP.
The foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Hercules held on the 22nd day of July 2025, by the following vote of the Council:
