SUBJECT: Quarterly Review of Future Agenda Items
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff recommends that the City Council receive the staff report on the quarterly review of future City Council agenda items.
BACKGROUND:
The City Council has requested that the Future Agenda Items List be reviewed generally on a quarterly basis by the full Council. This list is kept on an updated basis as a tool to assist staff and the City Council in tracking items staff is planning on placing on future agendas, and includes future agenda items requested by City Council consensus or action.
The list is updated by the City Clerk following each City Council meeting and is reviewed each week in the City Manager’s Executive Team meeting.
The Brown Act limits council comments on these future agenda items to clarifying questions, brief announcements, or requests for additional information in connection with an item.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no direct fiscal impact associated with this report.
