WHEREAS, the Falcon Way Pavement Rehabilitation Project was advertised for bids in the West County Times on August 4th and 11th, 2025 and in 5 regional plan rooms; and WHEREAS, a total of 8 bids were received at the bid opening deadline of 2 pm on Tuesday, September 2 and upon opening and reviewing the 8 bids received, MCK Services, Inc. submitted the low bid, inclusive of the two alternate bid items, in the amount of $770,982.96; and WHEREAS, no protests were received within the required timeframe.
