EXHIBIT A: Add-on Production Services, Lew Edwards Group The Lew Edwards Group (Consultant) will provide additional production communications services to the City of Hercules (City) as follows, upon invoice by Consultant:
• Production of up to five (5) USPS mailings o f various specifications to all registered households Not to Exceed (NTE) Thirty-seven Th ousand, Three Hundred Dollars ($37,300) inclusive of graphic design, labor printing /mail house services, and bulk rate postage (projected USPS postal rate increases factored in). As legal advice is not being provided by C onsultant, Consultant shall initiate printing only upon the approval of the City, including the City Attorney. Consultant shall monitor but not be responsible for delivery once mai l products are in the possession and control of USPS. Production shall not commence on a subsequent mailing job until the previous mailing job is fully paid for by City.
• Two tranches of paid digital outreach to the same audience, of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) per tranche for a total of Thirty Thous and Dollars ($30,000) in this line item.
• Five use mailing data file NTE Nine Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($950).
• For addition al services to coordinate product ion, augmention of professional services fee by Six Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($6,750).
Total Production/Communications Services Scope and Cost NTE Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000).
