Resolution of the City Council of the City of Hercules ADOPTING THE FY 2025-26 midyear Budget appropriations WHEREAS, on June 10, 2025, the City Council formally adopted the FY 2025-26 Budget, which serves as a strategic financial framework for the effective management of the City's operations. This budget underscores our dedication to supporting sustainable growth, enhancing public services, and promoting the overall welfare of our community; and WHEREAS, the recommended appropriations have been carefully evaluated and reviewed by the City Manager and the Finance Director. A detailed budget amendment proposal is included in Attachment 2 of the accompanying staff report for your consideration; and WHEREAS, the staff is seeking approval for the appropriations for fiscal year 2025-26, as detailed in Attachment 2. This request aims to ensure that our financial resources are effectively allocated to meet our strategic objectives and enhance operational efficiency; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hercules as follows:
The City Council hereby approves the FY 2025-26 Midyear Budget appropriations as set forth in Attachment 2.
The foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Hercules held on the 24th day of February 2026, by the following vote of the Council:
