RESOLUTION HWD NO. 2022-01
RESOLUTION OF THE HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2021-22 HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL $129,301 IN FUND 700, WATER OPERATIONS WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District adopted the Fiscal Year (FY) 2021-22 Budget on June 15, 2021; and WHEREAS, the anticipated total expenditure of $129,301 will occur in the FY 2021-22 Budget; and WHEREAS, the FY 2021-22 Budget does not include $129,301 for the purchase of a backhoe; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District has reviewed the proposed amendment information and have found it acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The District hereby amends the Water Pipeline Operating Budget and appropriates $34,501 to Account No. 700-29-400-4035-8440.
Section 2. That the above is true and correct and adopted as findings.
Section 3. That the Board Secretary shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
