RECOMMENDED ACTION
It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2022-04 approving Parcel Map No. 19608 to create four single family residential parcels and a remainder lot from five (5) gross acres located on the southeast corner of Sage Street and Topaz Avenue. (Applicant: James Vandenberg Construction, Inc.; APN: 3046-131-27).
BACKGROUND
On August 4, 2015, City Council approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 19608 to create four single family residential parcels and a remainder lot from five (5) gross acres located on the southeast corner of Sage Street and Topaz Avenue. (Applicant: James Vandenberg Construction, Inc.; APN: 3046-131-27).
Staff has reviewed the map and determined that it complies with all General Plan and zoning regulations, all required conditions of approval, and with all local ordinances related to the creation of these parcels.

There are no issues identified with this item.

There are no significant fiscal impacts to the City related to this action.
