RESOLUTION NO. 2022-06
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 18214 TO CREATE 36 LOTS ON 21.9 GROSS ACRES IN THE R1-18000 ZONE LOCATED SOUTH OF RANCHERO ROAD BETWEEN GLIDER AVENUE AND JENKINS AVENUE. (APPLICANT: PRIME 40 WEST, LLC APN: 0397-091-05 AND 0397-161-10, 12, 13 AND 17) WHEREAS, on January 8, 2009 the Planning Commission recommended that Tentative Tract Map No. 18214 for approval; and WHEREAS, on November 29, 2017 the Design Review Committee approved a revision to Tentative Tract Map No. 18214; and WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 18214 is to create 36 lots on 21.9 gross acres in the R1-18000 zone located south of Ranchero Road between Glider Avenue and Jenkins Avenue; and WHEREAS, all legal prerequisites to the adoption of this resolution have occurred.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HESPERIA CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Final Tract Map No. 18214 is hereby approved, and the City Clerk is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
