RESOLUTION NO. HWD 2022-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE 2021-22 MID-YEAR BUDGET REVIEW AND AMENDING THE 2021-22 HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT BUDGET TO FUND CERTAIN RELATED EXPENDITURES WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District adopted the Fiscal Year (FY) 2021-22 Budget on June 15, 2021; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District was presented the 2021-22 Mid-Year Budget Review by staff; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District has reviewed the 2021-22 Mid-Year Budget Review information and analysis and has found it acceptable; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District has reviewed and approves budget amendments included in the 2021-22 Mid-Year Budget Review.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the recitals above are true and correct and adopted as findings.
Section 2. That the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District receives the 2021-22 Mid-Year Budget Review.
Section 3. That the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District approves the 2021-22 Mid-Year Budget Review expenditure amendments by making appropriations for:
Plant 19 HVAC Unit & Plant 14A Electric Motor (700-29-4020) $ 57,000
State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Annual Connection Fees (700-29-4020) 8,500
Backhoe Purchase (700-29-4035)

Inspection Services (700-29-4040)

Section 4. That the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District approves the following position classification change included in the 2021-22 Mid-Year Budget Review as follows:
Section 4a. That the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District approves the new position classification title of Deputy Development Services Director, which is a senior management classification, non-represented, with a salary range of 45.
Section 5. That the Board Secretary shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
