NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Public Hearings will be held before the Hesperia City Council, City of Hesperia, California on the following date.

TIME OF HEARING: 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible PLACE OF HEARING: City of Hesperia, Council Chambers , 9700 Seventh Avenue, Hesperia, CA 92345 Any person affected or concerned by these proposals may submit written comments to the City Clerk's office before the public hearing or appear and be heard in support of or in opposition to the proposals at the time of the public hearings.
If you challenge these proposals in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you, or someone else raised at the public hearings described in this Public Hearing Notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Clerk at, or prior to the public hearings.

1. Consideration of the Planning Commission 's recommendation that the City Council introduce and place on first reading Ordinance No. 2022-02 approving Development Code Amendment DCA21-00002 , to modify development code for the purpose of amending accessory building regulations.

1. As required by Assembly Bill 849, the City Council will hold a fourth public hearing , receiving input from the community on draft maps and the redrawing of election district boundaries. Provide direction to staff regarding which map should be considered for inclusion in the Ordinance to adopt new district boundaries for the City of Hesperia; and place on first reading Ordinance 2022-03 amending Hesperia Municipal Code 1.09 adopting revised City Council District Boundaries .
