RESOLUTION NO. 2022-17
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 16767 TO CREATE 52 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LOTS ON APPROXIMATELY 10 GROSS ACRES ZONED R1- 4500 LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF HOLLISTER STREET, APPROXIMATELY 650 FEET WEST OF FUENTE AVENUE (APPLICANT: LCTH INVESTMENT, L.P. APN: 3057-051-33) WHEREAS, on September 21, 2005, the City Council approved Tentative Tract Map No. 16767; and WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 16767 is to create 52 Single-family Residential lots on approximately 10 gross acres zoned R1- 4500 located on the south side of Hollister Street, approximately 650 feet west of Fuente Avenue; and WHEREAS, all legal prerequisites to the adoption of this resolution have occurred.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HESPERIA CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Final Tract Map No. 16767 is hereby approved, and the City Clerk is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
