RESOLUTION NO. 2022-34
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FORM OF A GRANT OF EASEMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING AND DELIVERY THEREOF (APPLICANT: SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON APN: 0405-502-42) WHEREAS, Southern California Edison has requested a Grant of Easement from the City of Hesperia on certain real property; and WHEREAS, certain real is identified as APN 0405-502-42, Lot A of Tract 17980-1; and WHEREAS, Southern California Edison will use this easement to install underground electrical supply systems and communication systems and perform various types of work and maintenance related to these facilities; and WHEREAS, the City Council does hereby find, that a valid public purpose will be served by executing and delivering such a grant of easement in the form of Exhibit A and accompanying plat in Exhibit B.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HESPERIA CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby specifically finds that all of the facts set forth in this resolution are true and correct; and Section 2. Grant of Easement is hereby approved as identified in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, and Southern California Edison is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record; and Section 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
