RESOLUTION NO. 2022-30
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 20332 TO CREATE 5 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LOTS ON APPROXIMATELY 3 GROSS ACRES ZONED LOW DENISTY RESIDENTIAL WITHIN THE MAIN STREET AND FREEWAY CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF VALENCIA STREET AND MAPLE AVENUE (APPLICANT: I.E. BUSINESS SOLUTIONS APN: 0405-053-05) WHEREAS, on March 12, 2020, the Design Review Committee recommended Tentative Tract Map No. 20332 be advanced to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, on April 9, 2020, the Planning Commission approved Tentative Tract Map No. 20332; and WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 20332 to create 5 Single-family Residential lots on approximately 3 gross acres zoned Low Density Residential within the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located on the southwest corner of Valencia Street and Maple Avenue; and WHEREAS, all legal prerequisites to the adoption of this resolution have occurred.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HESPERIA CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Final Tract Map No. 20332 is hereby approved, and the City Clerk is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
