NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Public Hearings will be held before the Hesperia City Council, City of Hesperia, California on the following date.
DATE OF HEARING: 6/21/2022 (Tuesday)
TIME OF HEARING: 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible PLACE OF HEARING: City of Hesperia, Council Chambers, 9700 Seventh Avenue, Hesperia, CA 92345 Any person affected or concerned by these proposals may submit written comments to the City Clerk's office before the public hearing or appear and be heard in support of or in opposition to the proposals at the time of the public hearings.

FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSE:
1. Consideration of Ordinance 2022-07 amending Title 14 of the Hesperia Municipal Code related to billing and collection procedures for water service.
2. Consideration of Resolution 2022-46 and HWD 2022-10, enacting certain emergency water conservation measures of the Public Utilities Ordinance [Hesperia Municipal Code (HMC) Title 14].
3. Consideration of Resolution of Intent No. 2022-047 to vacate a portion of Bleriot Street. This vacation is made pursuant to the requirements of California Streets and Highway Code, Division 9. - Change of Grade and Vacation, Part 3 - Public Streets, Highways, and Service Easement Vacation Law, Chapter 3. - General Vacation Procedure (Section 8300 et seq.)
