NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Public Hearings will be held before the Hesperia City Council, City of Hesperia, California on the following date.
DATE OF HEARING: 8/16/2022 (Tuesday)
TIME OF HEARING: 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible PLACE OF HEARING: City of Hesperia, Council Chambers, 9700 Seventh Avenue, Hesperia, CA 92345 Any person affected or concerned by these proposals may submit written comments to the City Clerk's office before the public hearing or appear and be heard in support of or in opposition to the proposals at the time of the public hearings.
If you challenge these proposals in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you, or someone else raised at the public hearings described in this Public Hearing Notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Clerk at, or prior to the public hearings.
FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSE:
1. The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2022-64, denying appeal APP22- 00001 and upholding the Planning Commission and Development Review Committee's (DR's) denial of a third extension of time for Tentative Tract No. 17243 (TTE22-00001).
2. The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council introduce and place on first reading Ordinance No. 2022-13, approving Development Code Amendment DCA22-00003, modifying development standards associated with Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
3. Consideration of Resolution No. 2022-14, approving Site Plan Review SPR22-00007, to allow a billboard relocation agreement for a new billboard at 5830 Mariposa Road in the Regional Commercial (RC) zone of Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan.
