10.25.055 – Parking Commercial Vehicles Off the Truck Route Prohibited A. It is unlawful for any person to park or permit to be parked any commercial vehicle on any private pro perty, developed or undeveloped (i.e ., lots, tracts, or parcels) off the designated truck route except as allowable in section 10.25.110 of this chapter.
B. Private property owners are not permitted to authorize parking of commercial vehicles on private property, developed or undeveloped (i.e., lots, tracts, or parcels), except as allowable in section 10.25 .110 of this chapter.
