RESOLUTION NO. 2023-05
A RESOLUTION OF THE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-23 BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL $30,121 IN GENERAL FUND 100 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hesperia adopted the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-23 Budget on June 7, 2022; and WHEREAS, the anticipated total expenditure of $30,121 will occur in the FY 2022-23 Budget; and WHEREAS, the FY 2022-23 Budget does not include $30,121 for the compressor replacement at City Hall; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hesperia has reviewed the proposed amendment information and found it acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the recitals above are true and correct and adopted as findings.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby amends the General Fund Operating Budget and appropriates $30,121 to Account 100-29-310-3110-8070 in the FY 2022-23 Budget.
Section 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
