A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 20513 TO CREATE TWO PARCELS FROM 1 GROSS ACRE WITHIN THE COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL BUSINESS PARK ZONE OF THE MAIN STREET AND FREEWAY CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SPRUCE APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET WEST OF B AVENUE IN CONJUNCTION WITH A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION UNDER CEQA SECTION 15315 MINOR LAND DIVISIONS. (APPLICANT: PERCY BAKKER; APN: 0410-151-38) WHEREAS, On June 1, 2022, the Design Review Committee approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 20513 to create two parcels from 1 gross acre within the Commercial Industrial Business Park zone of the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located on the south side of Spruce approximately 100 feet west of B Avenue in conjunction with a categorical exemption under CEQA Section 15315 Minor Land Divisions. (Applicant: Percy Bakker; APN: 0410-151-38); and WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 20513 is to create two parcels from 1 gross acre within the Commercial Industrial Business Park zone of the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located on the south side of Spruce approximately 100 feet west of B Avenue in conjunction with a categorical exemption under CEQA Section 15315 Minor Land Divisions. (Applicant: Percy Bakker; APN: 0410-151-38); and WHEREAS, all legal prerequisites to the adoption of this resolution have occurred.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HESPERIA CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Parcel Map No. 20513 is hereby approved and the City Clerk is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
