A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 20518 TO SUBDIVIDE AN EXISTING 4.41 PARCEL INTO TWO NEW PARCELS (2.2 ACRES EACH) WITHIN THE NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL (NC) ZONE OF THE MAIN STREET AND FREEWAY CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF JUNIPER STREET AND SEVENTH AVENUE. (APPLICANT: FAITH LUTHERAN CHURCH; APNS: 0413-031-02) WHEREAS, On May 18, 2022, the Design Review Committee approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 20518 to subdivide an existing 4.41 parcel into two new parcels, totaling 2.2 acres each, within the Neighborhood Commercial (NC) Zone of the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located on the southwest corner of Juniper Street and Seventh Avenue (Applicant: Faith Lutheran Church; APNs: 0413-031-02); and WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 20518 is to subdivide an existing 4.41 parcel into two new parcels, totaling 2.2 acres each, within the Neighborhood Commercial (NC) Zone of the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located on the southwest corner of Juniper Street and Seventh Avenue (Applicant: Faith Lutheran Church; APNs: 0413-031-02); and WHEREAS, all legal prerequisites to the adoption of this resolution have occurred.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HESPERIA CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Parcel Map No. 20518 is hereby approved and the City Clerk is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
