RESOLUTION NO. HWD 2023-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-23 HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL $133,000 IN WATER OPERATIONS FUND 700 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District adopted the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-23 Budget on June 7, 2022; and WHEREAS, the anticipated total expenditure of $133,000 will occur in the FY 2022-23 Budget; and WHEREAS, the FY 2022-23 Budget does not include $133,000 for the purchase of one (1) 2023 Ford F-550 heavy-duty truck; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District has reviewed the proposed amendment information and found it acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the recitals above are true and correct and adopted as findings.
Section 2. The District hereby amends the Water Operating Budget and appropriates $133,000 to Account 700-29-400-4020-8420 in the FY 2022-23 Budget.
Section 3. That the Board Secretary shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
