RECOMMENDED ACTION
It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2023-04 approving Parcel Map 20518 to subdivide an existing 4.41 parcel into two new parcels, totaling 2.2 acres each, within the Neighborhood Commercial (NC) Zone of the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located on the southwest corner of Juniper Street and Seventh Avenue. (Applicant: Faith Lutheran Church; APNs: 0413-031-02)
BACKGROUND
On May 18, 2022, the Design Review Committee approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 20518 to subdivide an existing 4.41 parcel into two new parcels, totaling 2.2 acres each, within the Neighborhood Commercial (NC) Zone of the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located on the southwest corner of Juniper Street and Seventh Avenue. (Applicant: Faith Lutheran Church; APNs: 0413-031-02) Staff has reviewed the map and determined that it complies with all General Plan and zoning regulations, all required conditions of approval, and with all local ordinances related to the creation of these parcels.
