NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Public Hearing scheduled for the Regular Meeting of the Hesperia City Council on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 has been continued to the Regular Meeting on Tuesday March 21. 2023.
1. Consideration of an Appeal of the Planning Commission's decision to certify the Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH# 2022040060) for the Dara Industrial Project and approve Conditional Use Permit CUP22-00003 and Tentative Parcel Map TPM22-00003 (APP23-00002 - Appellant: Center for Biological Diversity; Applicant: SRD Design Studio, LLC; APN's: 3064-551-01, -02, -03, -04, -06, -07 and -08) Any person interested in the proposal may contact the City Clerk's Office at 9700 Seventh Avenue, Hesperia, California, (760) 947-1007 during normal business hours. The pertinent information will be available for public inspection at the above address.
