A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP 20534 TO CREATE TWO PARCELS FROM 2.03 GROSS ACRES WITHIN THE LIMITED AGRICULTURAL (A1) ZONE LOCATED WEST OF ELEVENTH AVENUE, APPROXIMATELY 870 FEET SOUTH OF SYCAMORE STREET IN CONJUNCTION WITH A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION UNDER CEQA SECTION 15315 MINOR LAND DIVISIONS. (APPLICANT: EMMANUEL AGUIRRE; APN: 0406-072-17) WHEREAS, On July 22, 2022, the Design Review Committee approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 20534 to create two parcels from 2.03 gross acres within the Limited Agricultural (A1) zone located west of Eleventh Avenue, approximately 870 feet south of Sycamore Street in conjunction with a categorical exemption under CEQA Section 15315 Minor Land Divisions. (Applicant: Emmanuel Aguirre; APN: 0406-072-17); and WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 20534 is to create two parcels from 2.03 gross acres within the Limited Agricultural (A1) zone located west of Eleventh Avenue, approximately 870 feet south of Sycamore Street in conjunction with a categorical exemption under CEQA Section 15315 Minor Land Divisions. (Applicant: Emmanuel Aguirre; APN: 0406-072-17); and WHEREAS, all legal prerequisites to the adoption of this resolution have occurred.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HESPERIA CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Parcel Map No. 20534 is hereby approved and the City Clerk is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
