A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 20577 TO CREATE THREE PARCELS FROM 10.87 GROSS ACRES WITHIN THE OFFICE PARK ZONE OF THE MAIN STREET AND FREEWAY CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN LOCATED EAST OF MARIPOSA ROAD AND NORTH OF MOJAVE STREET IN CONJUNCTION WITH A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION UNDER CEQA SECTION 15315 MINOR LAND DIVISIONS. (APPLICANT: SEASONS LAND CORPORATION; APN: 0405-331-26) WHEREAS, On November 2, 2022, the Design Review Committee approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 20577 to create three parcels from 10.87 gross acres within the Office Park zone of the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located east of Mariposa Road and north of Mojave Street in conjunction with a categorical exemption under CEQA Section 15315 Minor Land Divisions. (Applicant: Seasons Land Corporation; APN: 0405-331-26); and WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 20577 is to create three parcels from 10.87 gross acres within the Office Park zone of the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located east of Mariposa Road and north of Mojave Street in conjunction with a categorical exemption under CEQA Section 15315 Minor Land Divisions. (Applicant: Seasons Land Corporation; APN: 0405-331-26); and WHEREAS, all legal prerequisites to the adoption of this resolution have occurred.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HESPERIA CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Parcel Map No. 20577 is hereby approved and the City Clerk is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
