RECOMMENDED ACTION
It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2023-11 approving Parcel Map No. 20577 to create three parcels from 10.87 gross acres within the Office Park zone of the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located east of Mariposa Road and north of Mojave Street in conjunction with a categorical exemption under CEQA Section 15315 Minor Land Divisions. (Applicant: Seasons Land Corporation; APN: 0405-331-26)
BACKGROUND
On November 2, 2022, the Design Review Committee approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 20577 to create three parcels from 10.87 gross acres within the Office Park zone of the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan located east of Mariposa Road and north of Mojave Street in conjunction with a categorical exemption under CEQA Section 15315 Minor Land Divisions. (Applicant: Seasons Land Corporation; APN: 0405-331-26) Staff has reviewed the map and determined that it complies with all General Plan and zoning regulations, all required conditions of approval, and with all local ordinances related to the creation of these parcels.
