SIDE LETTER OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF HESPERIA AND THE TEAMSTERS LOCAL 1932 This side letter agreement is entered by and between the City of Hesperia (City) and the Teamsters Local 1932 ("Teamsters") with respect to the following:
WHEREAS, Teamsters and the City have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") effective February 1, 2022 through January 31, 2024; and WHEREAS, the City and Teamsters have discussed amending the following provision of the MOU:
NOW THEREFORE, the City and the Teamsters agree to amend the MOU as follows:
1. Article 13: Salary Ranges. Section G - is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:
Effective the first full pay period of Fiscal Year 2023-24, all salary ranges reflect in base salary a COLA increase based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) - All Urban Consumers (Area: Riverside-San Bernardino- Ontario) measured by the annualized CPI from January 2022 to January 2023 no less than 2.0% and no more than 6%.
