RESOLUTION NO. 2023-42
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE OF THE CITY COUNCIL ADVISORY COMMITTEE WHEREAS, the City Council has the authority to establish advisory committees; and WHEREAS, Resolution 2009-023 created the terms, selection, and appointment process for the the City Council Advisory Committee; and WHEREAS, Section 7 of Resolution 2009-023 established the regular schedule and time City Council Advisory Committee meeting are to be held; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the regular meeting schedule of the City Council Advisory Committee.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HESPERIA CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the recitals above are true and adopted as findings.
Section 2. Regular scheduled meetings of the City Council Advisory Committee shall be amended to occur quarterly in March, June, September, and December. Additional meetings may be called as needed and scheduled to meet agenda requirements. Regular meetings shall take place in the Hesperia City Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. on the first Thursday of the month.
Section 3. That City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
