RESOLUTION NO. 2023-049
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, RECOGNIZING THE HESPERIA COMMUNITY FARMER’S MARKET OPERATED BY THE FARMSTAND – OAK HILLS INC. AS AN ESSENTIAL BUSINESS IN THE CITY OF HESPERIA WHEREAS, farmers’ markets provide healthy and nutritious options sourced by local farms; and WHEREAS, farmers’ markets provide an opportunity for the small local artisan and food purveyor; and WHEREAS, the City recognizes the importance of having a vibrant farmers’ market that is a positive reflection of the Hesperia community; and WHEREAS, The Farmstand – Oak Hills Inc. has the expertise, skill and ability to provide this essential service and market.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HESPERIA CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the recitals above are true and adopted as findings.
Section 2. That City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
