1. Consideration of the Draft Minutes from the Regular Meeting held Tuesday, October 3, 2023.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council approve the Draft Minutes from the Regular Meeting held Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

2. Warrant Run Report (City - Successor Agency - Housing Authority - Community Development Commission - Water)
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Council/Board ratify the warrant run and payroll report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, and Water District.

3. Treasurer's Cash Report for the unaudited period ended July 31, 2023.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Council/Board accept the Treasurer's Cash Report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, and Water District.

NEW BUSINESS
Authorize Letter of Opposition to the Draft San Bernardino County Regional Conservation Investment Strategy
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager, and/or designee, to issue a letter of City of Hesperia
opposition to the County of San Bernardino and the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA) regarding the draft Regional Conservation Investment Strategy.
Sponsors: Director of Development Services Nathan Freeman Based on events that occurred after the printing of the agenda staff retracted their original recommendation and introduced the item as "receive and file".
Dr. Cisneros spoke via phone message on this item.
A motion was made by Gregg, seconded by Lee, that this item be received and filed. The motion carried by the following vote:

The Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem, and Council Members reported from various events and Committees.
Council Member Gregg requested information regarding comments on a wolf incident and that staff add an item for discussion on possible ballot initiatives to a future agenda.
