RESOLUTION HHA 2023-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE HESPERIA HOUSING AUTHORITY, CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-23 BUDGET TO FUND CERTAIN RELATED EXPENDITURES WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Housing Authority (HHA) adopted the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-23 Budget on June 7, 2022; and WHEREAS, the Hesperia Housing Authority Board has authorized various amendments to the FY 2022-23 Budget throughout the year; and WHEREAS, the Hesperia Housing Authority Board has reviewed the proposed FY 2022-23 final budget amendment information and analysis and have found it acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HESPERIA HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the recitals above are true and correct and adopted as findings.
Section 2. That the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Housing Authority approve the FY 2022-23 final budget amendments.
Section 3. That the Board of Directors approve the budget amendment with the following expenditure appropriations from the fund noted below:
Hesperia Housing Authority (370) – Land Held for Resale $77,928
Section 4. That the Secretary of the Housing Authority shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
