RESOLUTION NO. 2024-03
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE 2023-24 MID-YEAR BUDGET REVIEW AND AMENDING THE 2023-24 CITY OF HESPERIA BUDGET TO FUND CERTAIN RELATED EXPENDITURES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hesperia adopted the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 Budget on June 20, 2023; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hesperia was presented the 2023-24 Mid-Year Budget Review by staff; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hesperia has reviewed the 2023-24 Mid-Year Budget Review information and analysis and has found it acceptable; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hesperia has reviewed and approves the budget amendments included in the 2023-24 Mid-Year Budget Review.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the recitals above are true and correct and adopted as findings.
Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Hesperia receives the 2023-24 Mid-Year Budget Review.
Section 3. That the City Council approves the 2023-24 Mid-Year Budget Review expenditure amendments by making appropriations for:
