RESOLUTION NO. HWD 2024-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE 2023-24 MID-YEAR BUDGET REVIEW AND AMENDING THE 2023-24 HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT BUDGET TO FUND CERTAIN RELATED EXPENDITURES WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District adopted the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 Budget on June 20, 2023; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District was presented the 2023-24 Mid-Year Budget Review by staff; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District has reviewed the 2023-24 Mid-Year Budget Review information and analysis and has found it acceptable; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District has reviewed and approves budget amendments included in the 2023-24 Mid-Year Budget Review.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the recitals above are true and correct and adopted as findings.
Section 2. That the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District receives the 2023-24 Mid-Year Budget Review.
Section 3. That the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District approves the 2023-24 Mid-Year Review expenditure amendments by making appropriations for:
Vehicle Replacement (700-29-4020)

Section 4. That the Board Secretary shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
