1.04.050 - Definitions.
"Responsible person" means the person, who a city official believes, is causing, performing, permitting to exist or otherwise maintaining, a public nuisance and includes the owner of the real property involved and tenant, occupant or user thereof, or any other person in real or apparent charge or control of said real property. “Responsible person is it relates to commercial cannabis activity” – means the property owner and each owner of the occupant business entity engaging in unlicensed commercial cannabis activity.
