RESOLUTION NO. 2024-18
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE RECYCLED WATER PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN I AVENUE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SILVERWOOD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (APPLICANT: SILVERWOOD DEVELOPMENT PHASE I, LLC) WHEREAS, Hesperia Venture I, LLC proposed a development of Tract Map 18989 which included, in part, the construction of public improvements; and WHEREAS, on January 26, 2016 the City Council recommended that Tentative Tract Map No. 18989 for approval; and WHEREAS, on May 16, 2023 the City Council approved Tract Map No. 18989-1 for approval and had not accepted the public improvements; and WHEREAS, Silverwood Development Phase I, LLC, formerly known as Hesperia Venture I, LLC, completed the recycled water public improvements within I Avenue and the City is ready to accept the improvements; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HESPERIA CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City of Hesperia accepts the completed recycled water public improvements as required and subject to the conditions of approval for the Silverwood Development Project.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
