RECOMMENDED ACTION
It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2024-18 accepting the public improvement for the extension of the Recycled Water main line in I Avenue. (Applicant: Silverwood Development Phase I, LLC).
BACKGROUND
On May 16, 2023, the City Council approved Final Tract Map 18989 to create 39 lots on 986 gross acres within the Tapestry Specific Plan, now known as the Silverwood Project, located south of Ranchero Road at the intersection of I Avenue. As part of the backbone infrastructure associated with Final Tract Map 18989, the Silverwood Development needed to extend the recycled water main line infrastructure that currently existed at the intersection of Buckthorn Avenue and I Avenue to the Silverwood project boundary at Ranchero Road and I Avenue. The public improvements including but not limited to: pipeline, and appurtenances, have been inspected and found to be acceptable by the City Engineer.
